The Wonderful World of Willoughby

Peaceful, restful, where a man can slow down to a walk,
and live his life full measure.

Well, I finally did it. I went to Willoughby, and the only difference I can see between the idyllic setting described by the Twilight Zone and the actual reality is that everything is in color--but in fairness, the entire universe was black and white before the government added color to the nation in the 1960s. I can't imagine what a costly undertaking and Herculean effort it must have been to colorize the entire world, but it sure did make TV and photography a lot more pleasant to look at. If I had been in charge, I certainly would have just made special cameras that would make the world look colored, rather than wasting all those resources to do it to the real world, because you don't really need color much in every day life, and it certainly doesn't enhance the world around us or society at large--as a city with a crime index 5 times worse than Chicongo, Cleveland is definitely proof of that. Fortunately, despite it's reasonably close proximity, Willoughby has a crime index that is around 36, which places it prominently among those lowest of crime areas in the US, which still have all the modern conveniences of a city. Anyone can get a crime index of 100 if they live in a cave, but I like running water and clothing. They're nice.

So it's been 2 days so far, and I've finally got settled in, with all the logistics of my readjustment finally cared for, everything's arranged, and now I get to turn my attention from logistics back to exploring my new world. From what I can see so far, everything about this place is every inch the kind of place I've been hoping to find in my travels someday. It's every bit as beautiful as Oregon in the autumn, there's a 5 star VA hospital nearby, the crime is low, the people are friendly, the cost of living is low, lodging is reasonably priced with long term options, I've been told it's cloudy here from November to April with plenty of rain and snow, the temperatures are lower than elsewhere because of the lake, and the cost of renting a really nice place is absurdly low. Yesterday someone told me about a 40 story highrise next to the lake that's well under $1000/mo. That's unheard of most of the places I've been. Oh yeah, that's another thing--the Great Lakes are right down the street, with beaches and everything, and because it's the Great Lakes and not the ocean, the beach doesn't smell like hookers, ass, and catfood. Word has it, the seafood restaurants here benefit from their reasonable proximity to the Atlantic, so the lobster's inexpensive as well. Probably not as cheap as Maine, but where there's Maine, there are Maineacs, and the great cheap lobster isn't worth living in a Stephen King story. I'm not living in a world where they put exercise circuits in cemeteries as though they were the city park, and piss off people burying their loved ones by crowding their funeral with camera crews to film a fucking Stephen King movie. Maine is proof that pretty does not mean safe. The people are batshit insane, crazy dangerous, and there's a reason Stephen King got rich writing about them. Do not go there unless you're suicidal. His stories are a lot more fun to read than to live in.

Willoughby, on the other hand, it's a safe, beautiful, big fat big titted hit and I am enjoying myself thoroughly here. :)

Apologies From Rod Serling's The Distant Dick of Willoughby...

Well, I did it. I've been watching the Twilight Zone since I was a kid, and A Stop At Willoughby has always held a certain fascination for me as kind of an idealized fantasy of the perfect place to live, and indeed,  there have been many times in my life when I've felt exactly like the protagonist whose pressures finally  broke him, but not anymore. My life is actually pretty amazing now, and so the covid rates are low, and anyone who's known me for more than a few minutes knows that's travel time--SO, I'm now in fucking Willoughby Ohio. I got off the plane less than 24 hours ago, and honestly cannot fucking believe how cool this place is. Those who know me, know I'm notorious for mocking every goddam place I see for the weird absurdities I find, but I can't find fucking anything wrong with this area. EVERYTHING is good as gold. I can't fucking believe it. A place with next to NO crime, low cost of living, low rent, inexpensive lodging, a 5 star VA hospital, it's 95% white, a high focal consolidation of older veterans, and it's every inch as beautiful as Oregon. I might seriously die of a raging boner. This place is AWESOME!!!

So, my sincerest apologies for being a distant dick, but I've been flying around the fucking country all over the place, and drinking with dozens of people all day to find the coolest places to see in the fuckint TWILIGHT ZONE, during my Stop At Willougby.

I'd like to also mention one other thing. Everywhere I go, I create GREAT relationships, I treat people fantastic, and everyone who does nice things for gets pretty rich doing it. The manager of the hotel I'm at, after arranging a night out at the best restaurant in town for him, just to make friends, told me I had to come down and get my goddam walmart delivery--he wasn't going to let them through the checkpoint, and he wasn't bringing it up himself.

I'm not saying he's a dick, I'm saying it takes a while to form relationships, and so be it.

...so I told him, that I will be happy to do so, but if he doesn't want the good money I'm happy to pay him to bring my walmart delivery up to my room, and I have to drag walmart bags through his hotel like Oliver Fucking Twist, I will be happy to do it, but I will do it singing Erik Cartman's "In the Ghetto" at full volume the entire time.

...and that's what I did. I walked through all 5 floors of his 4 fucking star hotel full of fund managers, singing "In the Ghetto," at the top of my lungs, refusing to use the elevator because the stairwell has such great acoustics, for 4 trips up and down to the 5th floor--and you know what, fuck him, and I will do this every goddam time. What sort of dipshit doesn't want $20 to bring a cartfull of walmart shit up a goddam elevator after being hand-delivered a formal invatation to a free fucking dinner in the best goddam restaurant in town? One would think that would inspire some loyalty, right? I guess not.

Fortunately, the world is filled with people who do appreciate being made rich doing a small favor here and there for someone who respects them enough to pay them well. lol

Anyway, I'm not bitter. I just sang the entirety of "In the Ghetto to about 200 fucking people across 5 floors of one of the finest hotels in Willoughby, and at least a dozen people opened there doors to find out what the sailing fuck is going on. lol

Even money says I'll be thrown out of the hotel tonight or tomorrow, and I don't give a fuck. I stand by it, and if they want to be assholes, then I'll just go to another hotel where my shitload of money is appreciated, and if it's not, then it's fucking chorus time for them as well.

I love living in a world with no consequences--and these assholes are going to keep hearing this song until they shape up and give a shit about money dammit.

Fuck the man.

I guarantee Gart Williams never sang sarcastic mournful ghetto songs to the the assholes who fucked with him, and if he had, he probably would enjoy his life more, and wouldn't have walked off a moving train and killed himself.

It's important to laugh at cheapminded impoverished dickheads who go on a powertrip every time the economy of their world of shit suffers a powervacuum because one of them has five dollars more than the other.

...and don't just laugh--SING!!!

On a cold and gray Chicago mornin'

A poor little baby child is born

In the ghetto

And his mama cries

'Cause if there's one thing that she don't need

It's another hungry mouth to feed

In the ghetto

Those who dwell, as scientists or laymen, among the beauties and mysteries of the earth are never alone or weary of life. Whatever the vexations or concerns of their personal lives, their thoughts can find paths that lead to inner contentment and to renewed excitement in living. Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth find reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts. Sucky Internet Bandwidth Page: NO IMAGES OR VIDEOS ALLOWED

My good friend Paul has informed me he's having bad Internet speed issues, so I'm creating a text only page to make discussion easier.

I'm also going to close all inactive discussions to speed up the site.

Please try to not post any images or video on this page, which should keep it easy to load. I won't go all Hitler if someone does, but making it easy to use with low bandwidth is the idea. :)

Kevin Spacey's $100,000,000 International Dick-Grabbing Spree

So far, "Dick the Grip" has been accused by some 30 men in at least 2 countries and sued for some $70,000,000 and counting, for his international dickgrabbing spree--and lest we forget, the first three accusers died before they could testify against him.

So far, that's well over $2,000,000 per dick--and who thinks he's really done? I hear grabbing dicks is like a Ruffles potato chip--nobody can grab just 30. Who thinks he'll make it into the billions? I've got $100 that says he'll make it to $1,000,000,000 for at least 50 dicks--you want the over or the under? lol

When was the last time we had an entertainer whose real life became even more entertaining than his movies?

...AND, just when you thought it couldn't get any fucking weirder, or even MORE entertaining, Dick the Grip went on youtube, and went on some weird fuckin rant in the voice of some character he plays in some weirdass TV show.

...AND, just when you thought it couldn't get any fucking weirder than THAT, today he broke down in court after denying some other dick he grabbed, and broadcast to the world that his White Supremacist, Neo-Nazi father turned him queer!

Seriously, more than any other famous person in any other scandal I can think of in history, Dick the Grip is the single weirdest motherfucker who ever lived.

Have a watch of this video clip he made, and tell me this motherfucker isn't straight out of a Stephen King book. lol

THIS MAN HAS LOST HIS FUCKING MIND.

...but anyone suggesting he's not a good entertainer is just not being honest. Dick the Grip is lightspeed more entertaining than the Winnebago Man. lol

Accepting People For Who You Change Them To Be

If I've learned one thing in life, it's that it's important to just accept people for who they are.

If I've learned two things in life, it's that if they're assholes, then to reject who they are and punch them in the dick.

People who pretend moral behavior is a formula that applies uniformly to everyone are the biggest assholes in that group, and they're the first against the wall when the Revolution comes.
