Apparently, they overbooked the plane, and just randomly decided to force this DOCTOR on his way to see patients off the plane, even though he'd fully paid for his seat and had done nothing wrong at all. They kicked his ass, smashed him in the face, and dragged his limp body through the aisles for the world to see.
